What is the purity and concentration level of the raw materials?
You may refer to the COA of a specific product for product purity. The concentration levels vary in different batches, which are marked on the product bottle labels and provided in the COA that accompanies the shipment.

What are the appearances of raw materials?
Lyophilized products are solid white powder (without dye), and non-lyophilized products are colorless transparent liquids.

If a product expires, can it still be used?
We do not recommend using products past expiry date. We recommend purchasing new products to continue their use for your experiments. Please purchase new products to use in experiments.

Where to check the product expiry date?
The COA issued by Fapon provides the expiry date of a specific product and batch. You can download it from our website according to the batch number, article number, etc.

Do all bioactive proteins have fixed expiry dates?
Yes. We determine expiry dates based on the physical and chemical properties of products.

How do I store the raw materials?
The storage temperature of unlabeled raw materials is 4ºC, but some raw materials for labeling can be stored at -20°C. We recommend storing the antibodies according to instructions as their performances are not guaranteed if they are not stored as required.
