Product Descriptions
dN(U)TP Mix is an aqueous solution containing a blend of dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP and dUTP at a concentration of 20 mM each. Mixes offer the ability to reduce the number of pipetting steps, and the associated risk of reaction set up errors, and are designed for use in a wide variety molecular biology applications.
Applications
Compatible with a variety of applications such as (q)PCR/RT-(q)PCR, cDNA synthesis, LAMP/RT-LAMP, DNA sequencing and labeling.
